T: Good for you! You did this task really well.
Dear students, who is interested and who is willing to make a surprise for his/her second half?
Now we are going to get acquainted with a Japanese girl Ai which means ‘loving’ by the way. She is a student of The British National Bakery School. She wants to share one very interesting St. Valentine’s recipe with us. You could make these candies at home to surprise your second halves, relatives and friends.
We will watch a video and do the tasks to it. But first we need to translate the new words which you will hear on this video. I will hand out the cards for you. Your task will be to match the words with their translation and then exchange the copies with your neighbour and check if the work was done correctly.

T: Please, listen to the pre-watching task you will need to do. You will answer the following questions.
1. What does the girl on the video offers us to cook?
2. Is it a usual dish or a desert?
3. What is it made of?

Task 5.
A) Name all the words on the video which are familiar to you.
B) Put the sentences in the right order. You have 5 minutes for doing this task.
1. When it comes to a boil, stop the heat.
2. Break or chop chocolate into small pieces.
3. Gently mix well.
4. Bring soy milk or milk to a boil.
5. Transfer to a plastic bag or a pastry bag.
6. Add the chopped chocolates.
7. Put the fillings inside the tart shells and snip off the end of the pastry bag and pipe into the cups.
8. Wait for 1-2 minutes until thoroughly melted to the core.
9. Put in the fridge until firm.
10. When the chocolate has cooled and thickened a bit, decorate with sprinkles and candies of your choice.
