OVERLOAD PROTECTION:

UPS output transform from inverter to bybass mode when load is 105% of rated load(VA, or wattage) is going on running on for 10 seconds.When the load is higher than 130% of rated load,the UPS transfers to bybass immediately.

BATTERY VOLTAGE ABNORMAL PROTECTION:

When battery voltage is unnormal on battery-under or battery-higher level,then the panel is indicated fault and shut down.

INVERTR OUTPUT ABNORMAL PROTECTION:

The pannel is indicated the fault when inverter abnormal.

OVER TEMPERATURE PROTECTION:

CNTL dectects the temperatue of PSDR heatsink by the thermal switches are electrically connected to the CPU.When over temperature,the pannel will indicated the fault condition.

 

2.3.2 INTERFACE SINGAL TRANSMITTING: To show the UPS status on the computer

via cmmunication interface soft.

 

2.3.3 VOLTAGE REGULATION & CONTROL UNIT:Definitely, brain of UPS is CNTL.It provides control singal to switching elements,regulates UPS output to supply stable SINE wave to load.

 

 

PANEL LED AND BUZZER INDICATION

When UPS occurs as flowing:

BUZZER and LED INDICATE

When UPS occurs as flowing:

Low battery voltage: beeping every seconds

 

e. Replace battery: The load and battery LED is flashing alternately and beeping every second.

 

c. Back up mode: beeping every four seconds

 

d. Silence:Push ’turn on ‘ key to silence your ups that buzzer to stop beeping.

 

e. Fault: continuous beeping

 

f. Over load is 105~130%: all LED are lighting on and beeping every second

 

note 1:When UPS occurs fault and AC line normal,then UPS stop output and AC line input realy switch.Until pushing ‘off’ button,UPS turn off lastly.

CHARGER P15(+) P15(-) 1.Disconnect Bat(+),Bat(-) 2.Connect DVM(DC) to measure points and connect I/P AC power cord, 3.Adjust VR2 to obtain the expected result. 4.Reconnectet Bat(+),Bat(-)    
CNTL NO NEED ANY ADJUSTMENT!
