1. To begin with I’d like to stress that health is the man’s greatest wealth. Only a healthy man can enjoy his life, work well and be happy. Today everybody wants to be fit, feel good, look slim and stay young. But our life is getting more and more tense. People live under the press of different problems, such as social, ecological, economic and others. They constantly suffer from stress, noise and dust in big cities, diseases and instability. A person should be strong and healthy in order to overcome all difficulties. To achieve this aim people ought to take care of their physical and mental health.

How do you keep your fitness training knowledge up to date?

What group courses have you taught?

What diet and nutrition education have you received?

What experience do you have with customer service?

How do you start a class from the very beginning to the end of the warm up?

What evaluations do you conduct on a new client who wants to begin a fitness regimen?

How important is nutrition to you in creating clients' regimens?

How do you simultaneously help clients at different levels of physical ability during a workout class?

How do you keep discouraged clients motivated during a training session?

What training regimen would you offer a client who says he strictly wants to lose weight?

There are several ways to do it. The state of your body depends on how much time you spend doing sports. At least everybody must do morning exercises every day. The most healthy kinds of sports are swimming, running and cycling. Healthy food is also a very important factor. Overeating causes many dangerous diseases. The daily menu should include meat, fruit and vegetables, milk product, which are rich in vitamins, fat, proteins and etc. To be healthy, people should get rid of their bad habits: smoking, drinking alcohol, taking drugs, watching a lot of TV which destroy both body and brain.

 

5. Fast food is high in calories but lacking in nutrition. Fast food is high in animal fat and this type of fat is associated with a greater risk of cancer. What is more, eating a lot of fast food leads to high levels of cholesterol in the blood, which can cause heart diseases. Moreover, if you consume a lot of fast food you are likely to gain weight. So you should try to avoid fast food. If you can’t stop eating it you should do it from time to time not regularly then it won’t do you a lot of harm.
