THE CRIME
Harry Joseph Bowman, international president of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club, is wanted for his alleged involvement in violent racketeering acts to include murders, bombings, drug trafficking, extortion, firearms violations, and other acts of violence.
Bowman was allegedly involved in the murders of two Outlaws' members and may have participated in the murder of a rival motorcycle club member. The indictment alleges that he ordered the bombings of rival motorcycle clubhouses.
REMARKS
Bowman heads the Outlaws' operations in more than 30 cities in the United States and some 20 chapters in at least four other countries. Bowman may be guarded by
