Papazonic is a mobile phones producing company based in Paris. Components manufactured abroad are imported to Paris where they are assembled. For the last two years there have been some problems with companies – suppliers so the company was nearly to become a bankrupt and now it is going to build its own manufacturing plant probably somewhere abroad. So there has been a research to find out which place is more suitable.

Vietnam

is the easternmost country on the Indochina Peninsula in Southeast Asia. With an estimated 90.5 million inhabitants as of 2014, it is the world's 13th-most-populous country, and the eighth-most-populous Asian country. Vietnam was then unified under a communist government but remained impoverished and politically isolated. In 1986, the government initiated a series of economic and political reforms which began Vietnam's path towards integration into the world economy. By 2000, it had established diplomatic relations with all nations. Since 2000, Vietnam's economic growth rate has been among the highest in the world, and, in 2011, it had the highest Global Growth Generators Index among 11 major economies. Its successful economic reforms resulted in its joining the World Trade Organization in 2007.

Financial – wages in Laos are much lower than Great Britain or German average. The main sector is agriculture. Child labor is prohibited by law. Land is rather cheap and building costs will not be high. The government is going to accept our invitation to build a plant as there are problems with unemployment and aborigines will be happy to have a stable work place and salary and we also are going to provide homeless workers with basical living structure.

Political – during the XX century the country was under protection of USSR so now it is probably under protection of Russia so there are possibility of Russian expansion of our company.

Geographic – the county placed №66 in territory ratings.

Others – Russian – and to a much lesser extent German, Czech and Polish are known among some Vietnamese whose families had ties with the Soviet bloc during the Cold War. In recent years, as Vietnam's contacts with Western nations have increased, English has become more popular as a second language. The study of English is now obligatory in most schools, either alongside or in many cases, replacing French,Japanese, Chinese and Korean have also grown in popularity as Vietnam's links with other East Asian nations have strengthened.
