FINANCIAL CONDITION/TRAVEL COST:
According to rules of Youth in Action program, 70% of the travel expenses (costs from the home city to Baku and from Baku back home) will be reimbursed to all participants after submitting necessary travel documents.
Please remember to use the cheapest means of transportation and economic/2nd class conditions. Consult the options of tickets with us before buying them.!!!
Please remember to collect:
· Tickets (best if the price and name of the person in stated there)
· Boarding passes (in case of lost – please get a confirmation form the airlines, that the flight was taken)
· Invoices – yes, even you have a ticket, our accounting still needs an invoice. The invoice shall be issued on the data of the sending organization and in ENGLISH
· Account numbers of a person or Sending Organization.
Without above mentioned documentation, reimbursed will not be possible!!!
Please note that travel between Baku and Shaki will be organised by the organisers, and that the costs for this trip has to be covered by the participants with 30% of the actual costs.
Please note that participant’s travel costs should not exceed the travel budget limits!!!!

Visa arrangements:
Participants coming from Turkey, Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova and Russia do not needs visa to enter the territory of Azerbaijan. Participants will need to have only valid international passports.
Participants from England and Romania, Hungary, France will need visa to enter the territory of Azerbaijan, it will get their visas at the Haydar Aliyev International Airport. You will get 100% reimbursement of visa costs upon presenting respective invoices after the training course.(Visa cost nearly 60 Avro)
