In September the temperature will be roughly 8°- 12° C in evenings and 20°- 27° C in a day time. The activity will be held in mountainous area, soit can be colder or rainy, so please be prepared.

ESSENTIAL/obligatory equipment you must bring along to the TRAINING COURSE:

1. A good backpack – we will be camping out and suitcases will be useless – pack into a backpack!
2. Sleeping bags Important!
3. Sleeping mats Important!
4. A lantern (Lamp)
5. A towel (or two!)
6. A raincoat and warm clothes
7. Sunblock
8. Materials to present your organization – please remember we will be working outdoors so no power point presentations and videos, please.
9. Materials to present your country - some traditional snacks and drinks from your countries) – again, no online/multimedia materials.
10. A first aid kit (if you know that you have any kind of allergy to plants, pollen or insects/bugs make sure you bring everything you need to protect yourself (mosquito repellent medication, creams or sprays,etc.). There will be doctor and first aid kit in the camp.
11. Travel water bottle (to be reused)
12. Personal hygiene items: tooth-paste, tooth brush, soap, towel, shampoo, etc.
13. Sandals and Walking shoes. One of the activities will be climbing mountain.
14. Warm hat and a baseball cap (or anything that can protect you from the sun!)
15. Travel insurance. Compulsory!!!
