16. If the technical documentation is not placed _____ the cases or not sent the delivery is considered incomplete and _____ this case the guarantee period begins _____ the day _____ receipt _____ a complete set _____ the technical documents _____ the relevant addressee specified _____ the Buyers.
17. The Sellers will send the Buyers a copy _____ the letter covering the dispatch _____ the technical documents _____ the address specified _____ the Buyers and enclosing the list _____ the documents sent.
18. If the delivery date stipulated _____ the Contract is not observed and the shipment _____ the goods is delayed the Sellers are to pay penalty _____ the rate _____ 0.5 per cent _____ the total value _____ the equipment delayed _____ each commenced week _____ the first four weeks _____ delay and 1 per cent _____ each following commenced week thereafter.
19. Payment _____ this amount is to be effected _____ the expiration _____ the guarantee period _____ 30 days _____ receipt _____ the Sellers’ invoice and the Start-up Report, issued _____ the Buyers’ factory.
