Release of Documents
The Buyers guarantee the release to the Sellers of three original Bills of Lading and three non-negotiable copies within three business days after completion of loading of each vessel at each port.
Notice of Loading
Notice of loading stating the name of the vessel, date of Bill(s) of Lading, port and elevator of loading, quantity and kind of grain and indicating part or total fulfillment shall be cabled or telexed by the Sellers or by the Shippers in the name of the Sellers within three business days from the date of loading.
Insurance
Marine risk insurance to be covered by the Buyers and confirmed to the Sellers upon their first request at least 5 days prior to loading.
Payment
Payment for each shipment of grain to be effected in US Dollars within 90 and/ or 120 days from Bill of Lading date against presentation to the Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs, Moscow, via the Sellers’ Bank of the originals of the following shipping documents in full order:
- invoice, in triplicate;
- full set of “clean on board” Bills of Lading issued to order of the Shippers and endorsed in blank;
- Quarantine certificate showing absence of quarantine objects and evidencing that content of radioactive fallout is within specified limits as per Annexes Nos. 2,3;
- Certificate of Quality, issued by first class independent competent and recognized controlling surveyor showing all actual data of the contract;

Sanctions
In case of non-execution or improper execution by the Sellers of their obligations under the Contract they are to reimburse to the Buyers all resulting losses.
