Dear Sally,
By the time you get this letter I(be)on my way to a sales conference in the Bahamas! I still can’t believe that my boss said I could go. The company limo (pick)me up from my house at 6:30 on Friday morning and by 7pm I (sit),watching my first Bahamian sunset. The conference (finish)on Friday but my flight doesn’t leave until Sunday so I (spend) the whole weekend swimming, sunbathing and sightseeing.

Dear Ann,
I’m writing to tell you all about my plans for the summer. I’m very excited! I think it (be) the best summer ever.
This July I (travel) to Mexico. As soon as I receive this month’s pay check, I (book) my tickets and I also (buy) some new summer clothes. Hopefully I (have) enough money left over to buy a new camera as well, because I’m sure I (see)lots of interesting things during my trip.
On 4th August I (have) a big party at my house, because it’s my 30th birthday. It (be) great, with lots of brilliant music and tasty food. I hope you (come)!
Well, I’ve got a lot to do, so I (say) goodbye for now. I (write) again when I (get back) from Mexico to tell you all about it!
With love.
Lucy
