29. The Contractor does not have the right to hand the execution of this Contract to third party without written consent to that effect from Owner. Failure to comply with condition shall confer upon the Owner the right to cancel the Contract with all costs being attributed to the Contractor.
30. The Contractor may hire subcontractors in the execution of this Contract. However, sole responsibility for the quality of the work carried out by such subcontractors and equipment supplied by them, in addition to observance of all other Contract Conditions, shall be borne by the Contractor.
31. On signing this Contract, all previous correspondence and negotiation on the matter shall supersede.
