Today we just can not remain indifferent to the problem of global natural disasters. The events of the last four years and especially the winter and spring of 2014-2015 have showed that the situation in the world is very serious and that humankind is unprepared for such challenges.
While the dynamics, frequency and severity of natural disasters, which now happen in the world several times a week, are constantly growing, we face a complete information vacuum. Apart from news about the place, damage scale and death toll statistics, the mass media do not give us any information. Even natural expectations of the public to get any comments from scientists and experts with detailed explanations of what is happening in the world stay unsatisfied.
All attempts to go deeper in the study of these problems face a wall of the lack of any reasonable information. It is impossible to find any statements of scientists, any scientific conference reports, any results of large-scale research in this field, because they just do not exist. People began to think that such a problem do not exist. But today only a blind person can not see what is happening and can not understand that our civilization is on the brink of global collapse.
The only topic that is somehow covered in the mass media and only because it is practically impossible to control information leak due to the critical situation there – the events connected with Yellowstone Natural Park. This topic is so much buzzed about that even Russian armed forces take part in debates on this topic openly. Thus, on March 25 the newspaper “Voenno-Promyshlenyi Kur'er” (Military-Industrial Courier) published an article of retired colonel Konstantin Sivkov, a 'Doctor of Military Sciences', first vice-president of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems, named “Nuclear Special Forces” which shows that Russian armed forces not only control the situation around Yellowstone National Park located on the territory of our transoceanic partners, but they also included it in their strategic defense plans. Namely, the expert claims that today the supervolcano represents a guarantee of peace and security in the world, because in case of the US nuclear attack against Russia, our forces may just hit one target to end this conflict from the military point of view. And this target is Yellowstone. It is interesting that the article caused a serious public reaction and panic in the Western mass media. Namely, the journalists of the British newspaper ‘Daily Mail’ emphasized the scientific validity of the threat to existence of North American and European countries if Russia implements Sivkov’s scenario.
So researches are being done, the situation with natural phenomena in the world is being monitored and studied. Then a question arises: why do people still know nothing about that? Why do scientists keep silence? Or are those in power doing everything to prevent information leaks? If this is true, then this fact can only mean that the situation is absolutely out of control.
However, one can find one fundamental report “On the Problems and Consequences of Global Climate Change on Earth. Effective Ways to Solve These Problems” which was published by ALLATRA International Public Movement on its site in November 2014 (“On the Problems and Consequences of Global Climate Change on Earth. Effective Ways to Solve These Problems”). This scientific report is a result of work of the international group of scientists who can not be named for obvious reasons. It contains data about the real situation in the world (in the spheres of seismology, volcanology, climatology, etc.), analyses of future events, and developments in the sphere of controlling natural phenomena, which are proved by some specific examples.
In order to ensure the truthfulness of the given information, as a pragmatic person who know little about these problems, I need expert’s comments. Fortunately, I found my old friend in Russia, a globally renowned scientist, expert in the sphere of geophysics. During our meeting it turned out that he is a member of the international group of scientists ALLATRA SCIENCE and co-author of the above-mentioned report. We had a rather interesting and informative conversation. With his permission, I will give some extracts from it:
– Our group was created in 1996. And it has been 20 years that we are involved in a large scale research in the sphere of geophysics and geoengineering. I am happy that you have taken a break from your military topic and paid attention to our report. In fact, the situation is rather critical. As you know, in last two decades we see significant changes in geophysical parameters of our planet; the number and diversity of anomalous phenomena, the frequency and scales of natural disasters have risen. One cannot but notice the abrupt intensification of cataclysms in the atmosphere, lithosphere and hydrosphere. And this leads to the emission of great amount of additional energy, both external and internal ones. Starting from 2011 these processes entered the active phase. Look at the statistics of earthquakes, typhoons, hurricanes in the last four years. Natural disasters became much more frequent and more powerful. We also can see the acceleration of tectonic plate’s movement, the rise of seismic, volcanic, solar activity, acceleration of magnetic poles drift, shift of Earth’s axis, changes in planet’s albedo, its orbital parameters. Why am I saying that to you? You have already read the report and understand the severity of situation, so there is no point to repeat that once again. Humankind has never seen such challenges. And now we are getting closer to the culmination point.
– Please tell more about what in fact is happening on the territory of Yellowstone National Park. This information is more than urgent now.
– Our group, which consists of many outstanding scientists, experts in different scientific spheres, has been focused on Yellowstone National Park since 2000. Starting from 2002 we have been recording the formation of new geysers, deformation of the Earth surface, rise of soil temperature up to the boiling point, new cracks in the Earth surface and emissions of volcanic gases through them. The observations mentioned above and frequency of seismic activity, which has been constantly increasing since 2011, indicate that in this place magma with increasing speed is coming rapidly to the surface. It means that the supervolcano is waking up. Meanwhile, instead of considering the possible means of preventing future disaster or at least solving the question of population warning and evacuation, since 2004 the USA authorities have toughen the attendance rules of Yellowstone National Park and classified all the information about processes which take place there.
– What are the forecasts of your group concerning the future events in this place on the planet? What should humankind expect in the near future?
– Haven’t you realized yet? Look, I took my family with all my children and grandchildren and moved from “the most democratic state in the world” …. you know where. What do you think why? Only a madman who doesn’t care about his relatives can stay there. Or some fools duped by consumerism stereotypes and possessed by illusions of creating their own bright future – American dream.
– So we can consider that a fact, right?
– The fact is that all events on the Earth repeat cyclically. We live in the times of the Yellowstone caldera activity which is known to repeat every 640 000 years. It happens… In fact, the tension is rising and humankind can face a great disaster. We gave all the information in the report. Unfortunately, this document is not a forecast now, it states the obvious facts, moreover, they were put in a mild form in order not to scare people.
– Recently there has been a terrifying tendency of seismic activity aggravation in Japan. Of course, it influences the process of the the Aira supervolcano waking up (Aira Supervolcano – a new threat to humanity. Can we survive?| KONT) According to the information given in the report, the possibility of the Japanese archipelago destruction in the near decade makes up 70 % and in next 18 years – 99 %. To what extent is this information relevant now?
– I know that you like Japanese cars and I will answer you in such a way: if you are planning to buy a new car, do not put it off. The situation in Japan is critical. You know that we restrain it artificially. But our abilities are limited. Considering that, the forecasts given in the report now are only description of inevitable events which will happen in the near future. Unless a miracle happens and in the near future our abilities increase significantly….
– Do you mean that there is a mistake in the report and the situation is much more serious?
– I repeat that the information in the report is presented in a mild form. We didn’t want to scare people we just warned the society. Pay attention, Slavik, working on the report we relied only on our own forces, which at present moment are, unfortunately, limited. So let the readers make their own conclusions. But do not putt off the idea to buy a new Japanese car.
– I understood. Tell please, aren’t the US government aware of the present situation? Aren’t they know that they are sitting on a powder keg in the literary sense of this word?
– The question of rationality of many officials, not only American ones, remain open. People cling to delusions, make up some absurd excuses, get angry at paranoid scientists (as they think) and most often they dismiss all this as nonsense. It means that it is an outright sabotage. Do you know when I finally decided to devote myself to the work in the ALLATRA SCIENCE group? Everything started as a volunteering, just enthusiasm. I was just interested in that as a scientist: young people from all over the world united by one noble goal – serving people without borders. Then we were open to new horizons, promising directions in science, alternative knowledge. We were dizzy with happiness to make something really useful for all the mankind. But the events of 2002 showed all the severity of the situation. We studied the septon field tension in Yellowstone National Park. We use the term “septon field ” within our group, so if you are interested in getting more information about that, you may read our report on physics “PRIMORDIAL ALLATRA PHYSICS”. In the result of our research we found out that the cavity of the caldera, filled with magma and hard rock, consists of two chambers – the upper and the lower ones. It turned out that the size of the lower chamber exceed the size of the upper known chamber several times. We also recorded a rapid rise of pressure in the lower chamber. It became obvious that the supervolcano started to wake up. Naturally, the first that I made after I got the results of our research – I started to spread like mad the information among all my colleagues and friends in the sphere of ‘big science’. And then there were some events that I could not understand. At first, they listened me in a condescending manner, clapping me on the shoulder, meaning “everyone has their own weirdness, do not go crazy”. Then they started to laugh at me in public and it all ended with threats to my life. Let’s not go into details. I learned my lesson from the fist try, made my conclusion and decided to dedicate myself to the work in the ALLATRA SCIENCE group. There was no need to convince us, we already understood all the severity of the situation and were aware that we should act then, we had no tomorrow.

What did the representatives of so-called official science tell? They, as a rule in such situations, classified all the information, closed access to it for people and experts and started to wait, keeping eye on what was happening. But today, after 13 years, it turned out that quite recently they have conducted a large scale research using new technologies and “revealed the secret”: it turned out that the space under the Yellowstone caldera has two chambers! And as always they started their favorite song: “there is nothing to worry about…”, “it is no time for eruption”, “don’t listen to the those who panic” and so on. And where were you all this 13 years, wonder workers?! You might have done a lot in this period of time. Even a blind and deaf madman understands that! Is that a right attitude to such issues? There are lives of almost one billion people living on two continents of the Western Hemisphere at stake! And what are you planning to do now? To save your neck?
I’ve got an impression that the US government lives in some imaginary world inhabited by mythical heroes. They got an eyeful of their own heroic sagas and now are waiting that Santa Claus will come in the last moment and save them from the inevitable death. And in the background there will be an American flag waving and their hymn playing. Nonsense… Since the beginning of 2014 we made a collegial decision to provide information about the future earthquakes. In such a way we tried to draw attention of the authorities to the necessity of immediate interference, cherishing naive illusions that they would pay attention to us and render their assistance. Or at least they would not hinder. But they ignored us. Every earthquake that we warned giving the whole amount of initial data - the epicenter of the future earthquake, the depth of location, magnitude - happened exactly as we predicted. The whole year we were sending our forecasts. The whole year we were restraining the process preventing the caldera from showing “its best”. And the answer was just silence.
However, a funny story happened in January. Again, we warned them of some quite powerful earthquake focusing their attention on dramatic situation in the region. Moreover, we told that we keep the situation under control by our own forces and it is too early to panic, but it is high time we thought about our future. At first, everything was as usual: our message was ignored. But after the foreshock from the predicted series all Obama administration officials with all their families urgently evacuated from the continent. And the country was abandoned to its own fate. They were leaving so fast that they even forgot to warn their military and the latter, I should say, get very offended by their president. To tell the truth, runaways came back soon, but this situation left an unpleasant aftertaste.
– Well, it would be funny if it wasn't so sad. Today there is a serious confrontation between the USA and the Russian Federation, which maybe compared to the Cold war period. I studied some information from open and not so open sources, and it gets clear that the Yellowstone caldera became just a bargaining chip in the confrontation of two civilizations – Western and Slavic. We see an open debate about possibility of Russia’s nuclear attack on the national park. They even give exact estimation of necessary attack power.
– Believe me, there is no point in that. In given situation to attack America is the same that to shoot dead body – to waste bullets in vain.
– Do you mean that such a state as the United States of America will seize to exist?
– First of all that concerns territory. It is inevitable. At least, in the western hemisphere. And by the way, get rid of your habit to divide people into nationalities and our planet into countries. Planet Earth is our common home. And trouble may come to every man who lives in this home, regardless of gender, nationality, religion and any other differences which were created by people. That will be a global disaster which will affect each of us. Do you realize? Do not forget that there are 23 states on the territory of North America and 12 more – in South America. It is that billion of people who face the horror of eruption first.
– And that is the situation in the United States itself? What is happening in the information space? Because it is impossible to hide the obvious facts. The whole continent is shaking, that is obvious.

The most surprising fact is that nothing is happening. The truthful data practically do not exist. That pieces that people get are perceived as one more “horror story”. While discussing the future eruption of Yellowstone in social networks, Americans do not understand its scale. They look at the map and count the miles from the national park to their homes…. In order for you to understand, those who are aware of that have already sold their assets, all real property and left not only the country, but the continent, the hemisphere. Only those who do not know or do not have an opportunity to leave America or know the truth and do not believe and cherish their egoistic and utopian plans for the future, which they do not have, stay in the country.

– The mind just refuses to perceive such data. In other words, is the eruption of the supervolcano inevitable?
– If I took my family and left, what do you think? That is not just a close family, but a so-called big extended family. We evacuated our grandchildren, children with wives and husbands and their American relatives. We took everybody who believed us. So things are more than serious now. Now we see hot debates: will the eruption happen or not? People, get over yourself! It is happening now! It goes slowly but you can not but notice that. The activation of Yellowstone started in 2013 and it is always growing. Now the situation is at such a phase that we closed all our laboratories and observation posts and left America. So the process launched and it is going in one direction, the events are almost inevitable.
– You said “almost”. So there is a hope, isn’t it? At least, a little one?
– From the point of view of science and my personal practical observations, the question is solved. In fact, it may sound not really modest, but we can rely only on the ALLATRA SCIENCE. But without the help from the outside there is no hope. At least it is that we see now.
Our scientists keep working hard. I repeat, we speak about lives of people of both Americas, Western Europe, Oceania, Japan… It is several billions people. We are doing everything possible in order if not to prevent global disaster then at least to minimize the effects.
Analyze the events of at least the last three-four weeks on the planet. The list of natural disasters is practically endless. Super-typhoon Noul hit Philippines, typhoon Dolphin passed over Guam, tropical storm Ana hit the coasts of the USA, the worst in the last 60 years hurricane hit the north of Thailand. The earthquakes in the last three weeks: Papua-New Zealand – a series of earthquakes with magnitude from 6 to 7,5; Mexico - 5,5-5,6; Indonesia – the power of earthquake reached the magnitude of 5,9; Iran – 5, a series of very powerful earthquakes which caused a mass destruction of infrastructure and casualties in Nepal with magnitude up to 8; Thailand – the earthquake power – 4.6; New Zealand, Solomon islands, Pakistan. And I don’t even mention Japan which shakes every day. Floods in New Zealand, China, Afghanistan, Poland. The US has the whole set of climatic disasters: from drought to snowfall, from abnormal number of tornados to earthquakes, and the information about them are being hidden. Moreover, egg-size hail hit China. And look that is happening in Europe: earthquakes near French and Italian coasts, activation of Etna volcano, abnormal hurricane in Germany, which brought to some regions ping pong hail and to other - a tornado! Do you imagine, a tornado in Germany! The list may be continued...
Now let’s come back to the Yellowstone caldera. Judging by dynamics of reactions taking place in the lower chamber, there is a significant rise of tension there and now we have only half step from the stage of “silent madness” to the “rampage” stage. We just are not able to restrain all this cascade of events.
The thing is that we do not know that the final decision concerning the fate of our civilization will be. It doesn’t depend on us now. Judging by the last events the answer is not encouraging.
– The situation is clear to me. But people have one expected question which I ask you to answer. So: the ALLATRA SCIENCE group is working on such a serious problematics as geoengineering and has great results in its research. You reached some fantastic results from the point of view of official science. Why don’t any international organizations, states’ governments support you, the US, for example? Why does nobody know about you?
– Why? They know. Some people concerned know about us, moreover, representatives of some special services, governments of different countries, various organizations are trying to get in contact with us. But we are not interested in such meetings. At least, in the format that they are trying to impose on us. What do they want? What are all these organizations and services guided by? Right, they are interested only in questions of controlling people, getting new territories, resources, spheres of influence and elimination of competitors in order to strengthen their illusory power. I have got such a feeling that they are going to live in this world forever. They want not just to cooperate with us but also to control us. We are just not interested in that. Our work is focused on the protection of interests of all the humankind as a whole. We do not divide people into races, nations, by their skin colour or social status. We are fed up with all this earthly masquerade. That is why we prefer to work only with private individuals. Only those people who first of all share our values, who are honest, conscious, who are experts in their fields, people with pure intentions and soul join us. It is the main factor for us. Of course, it is not so easy. Our abilities are limited, but we do not give up. And we will continue our work till the last. Our goal is to save if not the whole humankind then at least maximal possible number of people. Because human life is the supreme value in this world.
– It strikes the eye that for about half a year or a year they have been shifting “windows” on the topic of climate control (i.e. the Overton window method – editor’s note). But there is no smoke without fire, as they say. Is it really just a bluffing and no government in the world has technologies that your organization possesses?
– Their motives are clear to us as noonday. And I can tell you authoritatively that no government in the world has and will ever have even a one percent of that knowledge and technologies that we have. All what they can do is just children’s game in a sandpit. That is because they are driven by thirst for power; their goals are to conquer and to control. Who wants to share knowledge with such people? It is the same like to take a rise out of a monkey and give it a grenade launcher. That‘s perhaps the most suitable example in this case. By the way, what do you think those in power are doing when we is reaching the apogee of catastrophic events? They are building underground cities-capsules with reserves of food, drinking water, autonomous life support systems. The construction is going on with the use of the newest modern technologies. These cities can exist isolated from external world for 25 years. Their storages are being filled with elite sorts of grains of different cultures. They hope that after cataclysms those who will survive will be able to come outside and restore civilization in a short period of time. Ironically, the overall number of people who can live in all underground cities scattered around the globe are 144 000 people.
We look at their efforts with irony, as we are perfectly aware of power of the future cataclysms. I do not envy those poor people who will be in these death capsules, if we fail to defend the fate of civilization and the decision about the start of global disasters will be made.
– Well, in such a situation only fools can rely on Santa Claus, but we have to act now.
