We all are a part of society. We communicate with our family, friends, classmates and other people. To be a part of society means to do the same tings as other people do. During our life we meet a lot of people. Some of them teach us good things and some of them do not. Some of them become our friends and some do not. I met a lot of people. And I’ve got a lot of friends. They are my classmates, my neighbors etc. but only some of them became my real friends. I know them from early childhood. And I hope we shall communicate for many years. With those guys I can share my happiness or sadness. I see them almost every day. We spend a lot of time together. But this year we shall enter different higher educational establishments. And we won’t have possibility to meet so often. But we all have internet and mobile phones. So I think we won’t stop communicating. Here in Kyiv I’ll also meet a lot of people. So I hope I’ll find real friends here too. Nowadays there is a question. Is a real friendship possible between a man and a woman? I mean friendship without falling in love. I know some good girls which are my friends. Most of them are my classmates. We communicate rather often, but I can’t share with them all of my thoughts. So they are not my real friends. But I think that real friendship between a boy and a girl is possible. There are a lot of such examples among my friends and even teachers. I think it is great when you fell in love with that girl that is your real friend. Everybody needs friends, because without them life is imposible.

Health

There is a good wish: “Be healthy, wealthy and wise”. Did you ever think why the world “healthy” comes here the first? Of course, we can not “buy health for money”. If you are healthy you are willing to do something. You are happy to live and the life is interesting for you. You plan your future, you meet your friends, you go out, you want to study and to do your job. But if you are sick everything is just different. You don’t want to do anything. And the life just seems black and white for you. Being healthy is very important because you can do anything only when you are in shape. And moving or doing something is life itself.

So, what do you need to do to be healthy? We need a healthy way of life. Healthy way of life means some whats and hows: what we eat and do, what we see, hear and practice. How we organize our schedule and how our every day life goes on. What we eat is very important. We have to avoid alcohol drinks and fat food. Smoking is always harmful. Too much salt and lots of sugar is not good for your health. If you eat between meals it may cause overweight.

If you want to be fit as a fiddle you need to eat fresh fruit. Salads are also good for your health. Food always has to be fresh and tasty. As I know about 17% of British teenagers are vegetarians. And a lot of their compatriots want to follow them somehow in future. It is not common for Ukraine to be a vegetarian, but I know some people who do not eat meat at all and they are really in good shape. We need to eat at least 3 times a day. Our meals don’t have to be too big. The food you eat just has to be enough to feel yourself full.

Movement is very important. Our body needs to move. It is said that movement is life itself. So, every day we need “to move our body”. Walking to school, university or to the place where you work is always good for your health, but it’s not enough. You need to practice sports. Of course, if you are not a professional sportsman, you don’t need to train your body every day. But some exercises in the morning or swimming pool in the evening is a blessing for our body nowadays, when we have so little time to take care about it. Keep your body clean. It is very important. Clean your teeth in the morning and in the evening, try to clean your tongue as well, because your mouth is just gates, the microbes and viruses can easily get through. Breath the fresh air. Try to go out often. Of course, nowadays, especially in big cities the air is not fresh enough but you can find a lot of parks in big cities and go there. You can go to the river or to the forest at weekends. You can go to the seaside or to the mountains on your vacations. Try to relax and have a rest. Your body really needs it. And if you follow those simple rules you will live a long and healthy life.

So, early to bed, early to rise – makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
