1. Subculture – formations, which are characteristic only for separate groups of political actors: social, ethnic, concessional, regional and others. They can develop around groups with distinct interests, such as those based on age, race, ethnicity, social class, religion. The use of term subculture is not limited only to the scientific area (social, political and etc), but also exploited in the common parlance.

2. For instance, Kazakhstan has numerous subcultures based on geographic region; demographic, personal, and social characteristics; religious affiliation, and artistic inclinations. Conflicts can arise when subgroups compete for societal resources. Although, in modern world exist three types of subculture: First, customs understand as sets of general behavior patterns of a given class or group, and which operate entirely on an unconscious and metacommunicative level, i.e. which are expressed mainly in emotions, attitudes and prejudices. Second, the worldview and its expression and formulation as political discourse, which is a message only members of a particular group may decode, and which therefore serves as everyday vehicle for communication or practical philosophy re- asserting group identity and identification. Finally, the particular competitive ideologies, which lend more or less coherent theoretical expression to worldviews and are advanced by representatives of a given social group on the level of national political community, in the public arena, at political manifestations and in the form of protest from abroad.

3. Some people think, that subculture is useful. Firstly, youth people meet with each other and hear many new things. Secondly, people take part in meetings, where they listen to music and rest. Thirdly, the men help each other, when member of group need to help. But other people consider, subculture and its followers are dangerous for society. Firstly, members of some groups think, that force is only decision of many arguments. Secondly, people use drugs, alcohol in order to relax. They become addict, weak-willed. Thirdly, different groups make war between each other, they make massacre, oppose to ceremonial power.

In my opinion, subculture unite people only in within the limits of one or other group. It result in disagreements and hostility between men of different subcultures. I think, that subculture is not useful. We do not need in it, in order to meet with men. We should not imitate in style of life, mentality, because it deprives their individuality and often lead to bad.
